BASTILLE Hydraulic-Set Removable Production Packer

Choose a packer that stays removable in ultra-HP/HT wells

Many supposedly retrievable packers can become permanently set in HP/HT wells, forcing you to spend unnecessary time and money for milling and fishing operations. The BASTILLE™ packer is the first production packer that can be efficiently removed after being exposed to harsh ultra-HP/HT conditions.

The BASTILLE removable production packer stays removable.

  • Reliable V0-rated performance during production
  • Simple, efficient packer removal when you need it
  • Designed specifically for ultra-HP/HT conditions
  • Rated to 20,000 psi (1379 bar) at 450°F (232°C)

When you need a production packer, choose the one that stays removable... even in ultra-HP/HT wells. Contact us today to learn how you can ensure efficient packer removal in the most demanding conditions.

The BASTILLE ultra-HP/HT removable packer is part of a newly expanded packer portfolio from Baker Hughes. This broad portfolio also includes Premier and SCION removable packers, and the new INTEGRIP permanent packer.

The Premier™ extreme performance removable packer combines sealing performance and removability in a single rugged design. It can withstand 15,000 psi (1035 bar) differential pressures and temperatures up to 350°F (177°C).

The SCION™ removable packer delivers gas-tight sealing to maintain well control during production, and releases when cut to provide easy packer removal later. It is rated for wells with temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and 10,000 psi (690 bar) differential pressures.

The INTEGRIP™ permanent production packer ensures annular isolation for the life of the well. It is a reliable packer designed for use in wells with up to 10,000 psi (690 bar) differential pressures and temperatures up to 450°F (232°C).
