This three-year program consists of an assignment in one of our various product line engineering roles combined with formal classroom training in the product line technology and services, business and leadership development, and a cross-functional, mission-based project. Graduates of the program have the opportunity to develop into future oilfield service and product line leaders.
Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering and/or science
GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
Geographically mobile (locations vary)
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Demonstrate effective written and oral communication, integrity, critical thinking/analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindset, a high “say-do” ratio (execute on your commitments), teamwork and collaboration, drive for results, and initiative.
For new hire entries, candidate must:
•Have graduated within 2 years of the application date, OR
•Be employed as a field engineer in a similar field engineer program with a company in our industry
For current employees, both field and non-field candidates (exceptional candidates to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis):
