Potential international experiences/assignments

This two-year program consists of three rotational assignments in various engineering roles combined with a technical learning path, business and leadership development, and a cross-functional, mission-based project. Graduates of the program have the opportunity to develop into future engineering and technology leaders.

Candidate Profile

BS or MS degree in engineering from an accredited university

GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent

Geographically mobile (locations vary)

Fluent in English (oral and written)

Up to two years of professional work experience preferably including prior internship experience in engineering or technology

Basic understanding of engineering and/or manufacturing fundamentals

Demonstrate effective written and oral communication, integrity, critical thinking/analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindset, a high “say-do” ratio (execute on your commitments), teamwork and collaboration, drive for results, and initiative
