Program Details

Two-year program with three rotational assignments in sales and commercial roles (two 6-month and one 12-month).

Cross-functional, mission-based project during the 2nd year on program.

Exposure to customer-facing sales roles, impactful sales operations, deal enablement, application engineering, product management, marketing, channel partners and pricing, etc.

Formal training in customer engagement & negotiation, business and finance acumen, presentation and communication skills, outcome selling, project management and change acceleration process, etc.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering , Mechanics, Economics, Business, or Marketing

One to four years of professional work experience preferably including prior internships in sales or commercial operations

Passion for sales, commercial, marketing in the Oil & Gas industry
