Program Details

Two-year program with three rotational assignments in HR roles (two 6-month and one 12-month).

Cross-functional, mission-based project during the 2nd year on program.

Exposure to all key areas of HR knowledge, such as employee relations, workforce planning & analytics, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, labor relations, talent development, inclusion and organizational design. Intentional and structured career development with active coaching and mentoring

Formal training in the human resources discipline

Structured career development, coaching & mentoring.

Interaction with global business leaders.

Potential international experiences/assignments.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in business or a human resources discipline (industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior)

One to three years of prior professional work experience in Human Resources preferably including prior internship experience in human resources or other related HR experience

Passion for the development of our people and enabling business and customer outcomes.
