Program Details

This two-year program with three rotational assignments in various engineering roles (two 6-month and one 12-month).

Cross-functional, mission-based project during the 2nd year on program.

Get experience from requisition to NPI, work on the most relevant technologies and interact with customers.

Formal training in essential engineering fundamentals & key technical curriculum.

Who are we looking for?

BS or MS degree in engineering from an accredited university

Up to two years of professional work experience preferably including prior internship experience in engineering or technology

Knowledge of engineering and/or manufacturing fundamentals

People with a passion for technology and innovation, a drive to deliver technical excellence and develop their leadership skills
